            <p id="isPasted">Our successful Business School offers a range of programmes including vocational BTEC programmes in Business, primarily Level 1 &ndash; 3, and also a portfolio of Finance, Commercial and Professional Management qualifications. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Reporting to the Head of School for Business, as Section Manager you would provide leadership for a team of Lecturers, manage study programmes and develop provision across the Section, with a particular focus on HE and AAT programmes. &nbsp;You would teach across a range of programmes according to your specialism, which may include AAT and HE programmes. &nbsp;You would also continue to increase and develop our links with employers, which are integral to successful student work placements and course enrichment.</p><p>We are seeking someone who can demonstrate the following:</p><ul><li>A relevant degree or equivalent level professional qualification</li><li>Full Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (PGCE in FE or Secondary/DET or equivalent)</li><li>At least three years&rsquo; successful teaching experience, preferably in Further Education</li><li>Experience of teaching and managing AAT or Pearsons HE programmes</li><li>Curriculum co-ordination and development experience</li><li>Experience of improving teaching, learning and assessment</li><li>Experience of leading/supervising a team</li></ul><p><br></p><p id="isPasted"><strong>Notice for Recruitment Agencies</strong></p><p>HRUC operates with a managed service provider (MSP) for recruitment services.             <p id="isPasted">Our Health and Social Care Section is a successful, dynamic and vibrant area of the College, delivering a range of courses to learners, primarily aged 16-19 to prepare them for careers in the health/social care sector. &nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking to appoint a full time and a part time Lecturer to teach across a range of qualifications including the Level 3 T Level Technical Qualification in Health and Science, and BTEC RQF Health and Social Care Levels 1- 4 and Access to Health and Human Science.</p><p>You will need to possess a degree in Nursing or other relevant area, with current/recent clinical experience gained within the health or social care sector and the ability to teach Health and Science. &nbsp; You will also need to have some experience of teaching or training. &nbsp;If you do not already possess a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector, we will support you to obtain this.</p><p>We may be able to offer sponsorship for the full time role.</p><p>The working days for the part time post are expected to be Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.</p><p><strong>Notice for Recruitment Agencies:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>HRUC operates with a managed service provider (MSP) for recruitment services.
