            <p id="isPasted">In this role, you would be responsible for planning and implementing a full range of trips that operate from the HRUC Employability Team. &nbsp;You would be the lead co-ordinator for administration and organisation related to HRUC&rsquo;s Turing Scheme activities. &nbsp; You will also lead on the administration and organisation of trips and other activities such as site visits, competition and awards. You would also support and organise employer events and student facing employability activities, maintaining a high-quality service delivery and contributing to new initiatives.&nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking to appoint a well-organised and motivated individual who can demonstrate the following:</p><ul><li>Experience working in a busy administrative role</li><li>Strong&nbsp;organisational&nbsp;skills&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines</li><li>Experience of organising overseas trips</li><li>Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills,&nbsp;both&nbsp;written&nbsp;and&nbsp;verbal, with the ability to provide a professional service to students and internal stakeholders</li><li>Knowledge of the Turing Scheme or international work placements (desirable)</li></ul><p>You will be joining a supportive and inclusive organisation, with many opportunities for professional development and growth. &nbsp;We offer a range of benefits for staff including generous holiday allowance (29 days + bank holidays and additional college closure period), Local Government Pension Scheme, wellness platform, staff discounts, employee assistance programme and free car parking on all sites.</p><p>We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Notice for Recruitment Agencies</strong></p><p>HRUC operates with a managed service provider (MSP) for recruitment services.
