            <p id="isPasted">Our Early Years team, based at Hayes Campus, offers high quality provision and up-to-date expertise with a strong focus on student achievement and excellent links with local employers, for both full time and work-based learning.</p><p>We are seeking a Lecturer/Assessor to train and assess Work Based Learning (WBL) learners, including Apprentices to determine their occupational competencies within the workplace.&nbsp;</p><p>You would also teach on qualifications from Level 2 to Level 3 in the Early Years sector and monitor learners&#39; progress across their study programmes.</p><p>Current courses on offer for full time students:</p><ul><li>NCFE Level 1 Diploma in Caring for children</li><li>NCFE Level 2 Diploma Technical Occupational Entry for the Early Years Practitioner</li><li>T Levels Early Years Educator including the Assisted Teaching Pathway.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Apprenticeships courses within the section currently include:</p><ul><li>NCFE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner</li><li>NCFE Level 3 Early Years Educator Standards Apprenticeship</li><li>NCFE Level 3 Teaching Assistant Standards Apprenticeship</li></ul><p>We are seeking someone with the following:</p><ul type="disc"><li>Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/VRQ qualification in Early Years/Teaching Assistant (preferably a degree in the relevant subject)</li><li>Assessor qualification (L3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent)</li><li>Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector</li><li>Teaching and assessing experience in Early Years in both Education and Care</li><li id="isPasted">Recent experience of working in Early Years, both Education and Care</li></ul><p><strong>Notice for Recruitment Agencies:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>HRUC operates with a managed service provider (MSP) for recruitment services.           <title><![CDATA[Technician - Theatre and Music - 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year to cover term times (2169)]]></title>

            <p id="isPasted">Our Performing Arts Section delivers UAL courses in Drama, Dance and Music across levels 1, 2, 3 and 4. &nbsp;The department has a professional standard studio theatre equipped with theatre lighting and sound equipment, two purpose built dance studios and a music department with state of the art recording studios and two Mac Labs.</p><p>We are seeking to appoint a Technician on a full time, term time only basis, with experience in overseeing both Theatre and Music to join our vibrant performing arts department. &nbsp;Working alongside students, the role will involve rigging and operating lighting and sound for music, acting and dance performances, using an Allen and Heath QU-24 sound mixer and an FLX S48 lighting controller.&nbsp;</p><p>Throughout the year, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all music equipment and facilities, adhering to Health and Safety regulations and best practice. &nbsp;You would also guide students in the use of technology and support our broad performance programme, supporting in-class activities on a daily basis, which would involve coordinating the allocation and return of musical instruments and equipment, and ensuring resources are available, secure and ready to use.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;You will be able to demonstrate:</p><ul><li>A relevant qualification (or extensive training and experience within the industry)</li><li>Up to date working knowledge of theatre lighting, sound, music technology, recording techniques and current software</li><li>Experience of rigging and operating lighting and sound for performances at industry level</li><li>Experience of prop making and set building, including safe use of tools and carpentry skills</li><li>Up to date working knowledge of music technology, recording techniques and current software versions of DAW software, or willing to develop skills in this area</li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to work with young people in a creative environment</li></ul><p>We are extremely busy at various points of the year, and flexibility and vigilance are key characteristics for the successful applicant. &nbsp;All our shows include evening performances.</p><p>Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.</p><p>We anticipate that interviews will take place on Friday 27th August, however please note this date may be subject to change.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Notice for Recruitment Agencies:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>HRUC operates with a managed service provider (MSP) for recruitment services.
